Globally recognised distribution business based in Macquarie Park is seeking a vibrant & an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their busy team in Macquarie Park. This is an immediate short-term temp assignment with the possibility of extension.
The Position
- Answer customer enquiries via phone and email
- Log customer interactions using SalesForce
- High volume data entry
- Update customer details and database management
- Assist management with project work ‘
- General administration duties
- Extensive Customer Service experience within a corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional, reliable & strong work ethic
- Previous experience using a well known ERP system such as SAP, Pronto etc.
- Previous CRM experience preferably using SalesForce
- Available to commence immediately
- $28.04 + Super per hour
- Short term temp assignment with the possibility of extension
- Based in Macquarie Park – close to public transportation
