This role sits at the heart of the business, acting as a key link between Customer Service, Commercial Managers, and Logistics. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely communication across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end customer orders (purchase orders through to invoicing)
- Liaise with shipping providers to track deliveries and follow up on ETAs
- Act as an internal liaison to gather and communicate key order information
- Review contract and commercial terms (pricing, payment terms, deal costs) before processing
- Update and maintain customer portals and internal systems
- Track shipments and ensure systems reflect accurate, real-time updates
- Support invoicing processes once goods are received (system-generated)
- Perform high-volume data entry and coordination tasks
- Assist with reporting and data handling using Excel
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Administration / Order Processing role
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong understanding of order processing and coordination workflows
- Confident reviewing commercial terms and contracts
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator, particularly over the phone
