Join a highly successful and niche outdoor sporting business with a busy, high-paced operation. We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Administrator to manage customer communication and ensure a smooth, consistent office environment.
  
This is an office-based role working (Monday to Friday) closely with inventory, dispatch, and warehouse teams. Accuracy, communication, and follow-through are key.
  
What you’ll do
  • Be the main contact for customer enquiries (phone, email, online)
  • Provide proactive updates on orders, delays, and backorders
  • Managing PO’s and invoicing duties
  • Manage Social Media accounts – Facebook, Instagram and Website
  • Work with operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order information
  • Maintain clear and professional customer communication
  
About you
  • Experienced in customer service and administration
  • Strong MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook - tech savvy!
  • Strong communication skills
  • Calm and organised under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Takes ownership and follows through
  • An interest in outdoor sporting activities is advantageous
