This is an office-based role working (Monday to Friday) closely with inventory, dispatch, and warehouse teams. Accuracy, communication, and follow-through are key.
What you’ll do
- Be the main contact for customer enquiries (phone, email, online)
- Provide proactive updates on orders, delays, and backorders
- Managing PO’s and invoicing duties
- Manage Social Media accounts – Facebook, Instagram and Website
- Work with operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order information
- Maintain clear and professional customer communication
About you
- Experienced in customer service and administration
- Strong MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook - tech savvy!
- Strong communication skills
- Calm and organised under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Takes ownership and follows through
- An interest in outdoor sporting activities is advantageous
