We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s manufacturing and distribution team based in Moorabbin. This position plays a key role in supporting customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments including warehouse, production, and logistics. Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders from entry through to dispatch
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams regarding deliveries and order updates
- Track orders and provide customers with accurate ETAs
- Prepare invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate customer records and internal systems
- Perform high-volume data entry and administration tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow
- Support general office and customer service administration duties
- Previous experience in Customer Service Administration, Order Processing, or Sales Support
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, wholesale, or industrial industries highly regarded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
