About the Role:
 
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Dandenong. You will play a key role in supporting customers across the full order lifecycle, managing enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer orders, returns, credits, and service requests accurately using SAP
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems accordingly
  • Provide customers with timely updates regarding orders, deliveries, and enquiries
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Liaise closely with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy across data entry and documentation
  • Support general administrative functions as required
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service Administrator, Customer Support, or Administration role
  • Prior experience using SAP is essential
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
