An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Dandenong. You will play a key role in supporting customers across the full order lifecycle, managing enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders, returns, credits, and service requests accurately using SAP
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems accordingly
- Provide customers with timely updates regarding orders, deliveries, and enquiries
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Liaise closely with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance
- Ensure high levels of accuracy across data entry and documentation
- Support general administrative functions as required
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Administrator, Customer Support, or Administration role
- Prior experience using SAP is essential
- Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A positive attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
