This is far more than a standard administration role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, the link between departments, and a key contributor to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Manage customer orders from enquiry through to completion
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide customers with updates, solutions, and support
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and important documentation
- Maintain accurate customer information and records
- Coordinate schedules, bookings, and operational activities
- Assist with reporting, administration, and process improvements
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
About You:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration, Sales Support, or a similar role
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
