About the Role
My client is seeking an eager and enthusiastic Customer Service Administration professional to act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. Utilising your previous Customer Service experience, you will be responsible for proactively addressing customer concerns and processing orders while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organised, and keen to take on multiple responsibilities as required. This is a hands-on & fast paced role that will see you working closely with  wider departments to provide ongoing support.

Responsibilities
In this varied and dynamic support role, you will be responsible for;
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Liaise with customers and clients over the phone
  • Manage and respond to emails
  • Proactively addressing customer issues, request and identify solutions
  • Update and maintain various internal databases to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure customer feedback is understood, communicated and resolved or followed through with relevant personnel
  • Organise dispatch of products and/or product information to existing or potential customers
  • Advising customers of products and recognize recommendations for them
  • Providing additional support to management
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
Skills and Experience

Our client is looking for a candidate with previous experience in a Customer Service or Data Entry position, successful applicants will ideally be outcome focused and have excellent administration and communication skills. Other skills and experience that are required are;
  
  • Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls
  • Experience within a collaborative and outcome focused role.
  • Previous experience handling and prioritising customer enquirers
  • Understanding the importance of quality and efficiency 
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administration skills
