We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business based in Dandenong South to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive team where you’ll play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating with production and dispatch, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service from enquiry through to delivery.
The Role:
- Processing customer orders accurately from entry through to dispatch and delivery
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Liaising with warehouse, production, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly
- Providing customers with order updates, ETAs, and delivery information
- Preparing quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation
- Maintaining accurate customer, pricing, and order information within the ERP system
- Managing high-volume data entry and day-to-day administration tasks
- Resolving customer, order, or delivery issues efficiently and proactively
- Supporting the wider team with operational and customer service coordination as required
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, internal sales, or sales support
- Experience working in a manufacturing, wholesale, logistics, or product-based environment
- Exposure to SAP or another ERP system will be highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to work in a busy operational environment
- Salary package of up to $75,000 + Super, depending on experience
