- To be actively involved in all aspects of business relationships with our customers with the objective of developing mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all customers
- To provide excellent internal customer service through open and timely communication and to support improvements that provides service and cost benefits to our customers
- Support the Customer Service Manager, by managing the day to day requirements with the customer service team to ensure agreed processes and work instructions are adhered to at all times.
