The Position
- Manage customer enquiries & complaints via phone and email
- Handle high volume of incoming calls
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
- Update customer account information
- Log customer interactions using CRM
- General administration
- Extensive Customer Service or Call Centre experience handling 100 + calls daily
- Previous experience handling customer complaints
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
- Previous ERP systems experience
- Reliable, professional & strong work ethic
- Strong relationship building skills
