We are currently partnering with a well-established national business to recruit a Customer Service Representative for an immediate contract opportunity based in Oakleigh. This role sits within a busy and collaborative customer service team and will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and can confidently manage customer enquiries across both phone and email. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of inbound customer enquiries (30–50 calls daily)
- Respond to customer queries relating to ETAs, pricing, proof of delivery, tracking information, and general order enquiries
- Manage customer email enquiries and provide prompt follow-up communication
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate customer outcomes and updates
- Track deliveries and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Support general customer service administration and coordination
- Deliver a high standard of customer experience across all touchpoints
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Customer Support
- Comfortable working within a busy inbound environment
- Strong communication skills across phone and email
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
