The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by receiving and administering in-bound calls from loyal clients and customers. Responsibilities 

Reporting to the National Manager for Client Services, this role will be varied in nature whereby you will focus on administrative support as well as provide optimal customer service via phone. Your duties will include but not be limited to; 
  • Answer incoming calls and adhere to customer enquiries 
  • Process sales and return orders in an effective and efficient manner
  • Update and maintain internal database
  • Promote and up sell our clients products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service sales team 
  • Maintain and meet assigned customer service KPI’s 
  • Ensure all complaints are followed up 
  • Relationship building with both external and internal clients
  • Other ad hoc duties as per directed 
Skills & Experience 
  • Experience in inbound and outbound call environments
  • Previous experience within a data entry role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong Customer Service experience 
  • Dental experience is desirable but not essential
  • High level of motivation.
  • Client focused / Ability to relate to clients
  • Computer Literate (MS Office Suite, Teams & ERP databases)
