Reporting to the Project Manager you will be working within a growing Cyber function, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of security remediation, cyber hygiene, operational uplift, and backlog management across a complex technology environment.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role where your ability to coordinate teams, drive accountability, prioritise work, and maintain delivery momentum will be critical to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day delivery activities across a large cyber remediation and cyber hygiene program.
- Coordinate and manage priorities across technical teams and operational stakeholders.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Cyber teams, and technology stakeholders.
- Drive backlog refinement, planning, prioritisation, and execution activities.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
- Establish and uplift delivery practices, governance, and reporting across operational cyber teams.
- Ensure visibility of work, resource allocation, demand, and capacity across multiple teams.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment across project and BAU functions.
You will be an experienced Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Iteration Manager who thrives in fast-paced technology environments. You will bring:
- Proven experience leading delivery across complex technology or transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and technical teams.
- Strong backlog management, prioritisation, and delivery planning capabilities.
- Experience working with Agile delivery tools such as Jira.
- Ability to drive accountability and delivery outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
