This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys solving business problems through data, streamlining manual processes, and introducing practical AI solutions.
You'll be responsible for reviewing existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and building a modern data environment that enables better decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Transform manual and Excel-based reporting into scalable, automated solutions.
- Extract and integrate data from the ERP system to deliver meaningful reporting and dashboards.
- Design and implement master data management practices and support the development of a data warehouse.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools that enhance reporting, analytics and business efficiency.
- Improve data quality, governance and accessibility across the organisation.
- Work closely with stakeholders across operations, warehousing and leadership to bridge information gaps and drive data-led decisions.
Ideally you'll bring:
- Experience in data, analytics, business intelligence or process improvement roles.
- Strong SQL and Power BI (or similar BI platform) experience.
- Experience designing or supporting data warehouses and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of master data management and data governance principles.
- Exposure to AI tools and practical AI applications within a business environment.
