About the Role:

Reporting to the National Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a team with all things Administration. You are going through their database ensuring all customer and wholesaler information is inputted and correct. This isn’t a role where you will just plug in numbers to excel, you will be playing a key role within the team, allowing them to work more effectively and efficiently, increasing the team’s overall productivity.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for a number of key tasks including but not limited to:
  • Assisting with various business improvements
  • Supporting new tender processes
  • Entering data into company CRM
  • Contacting suppliers, customers and wholesalers to collect information 
  • Pulling, manipulating, preparing and cleansing data through program 
  • Extensive Administrative support to the wider team
Skills / Experience:

experience in a similar Data Entry role will be necessary as well as:
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Sound computer literacy, particularly in the Microsoft Office Package
  • Ability to identify issues, problems, and opportunities
  • Proven time management and attention to detail
