The role:
The Director of Delivery is to ensure client and internal projects are delivered to excellent standards of workmanship, profitability and on-time completion.
Working in partnership with key stakeholders and COO to drive best practices across the delivery organisation and be accountable for ensuring they are implemented with effective team enablement for the delivery staff supporting projects and operations.
You will also work closely with PMO team, and internal special initiatives. You are an executive-level leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of a digital agency and professional services business.
Experience required:
- Experience in leading project management or delivery functions within a digital agency, consultancy or professional services environment
- Delivered complex programs for clients and ability to be hands-on when required
- Knowledge of B2C / B2B /DTC business models with project experience in each desirable
- Knowledge of the eCommerce domain and the solution landscape:
- Salesforce Commerce Platform desirable
- SAP Commerce (hybris Platform) desirable
- Knowledge of solutions within the broader digital ecosystem (PIM/CMS/PSP etc) is desirable
- An entrepreneurial mindset and background in helping delivery functions grow and scale
- Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance & operation
