This client is based in Melbourne, however, they are open to candidates nationally.

We are currently recruiting for multiple Software Developer opportunities for this client, at various levels of seniority (Mid-level, Senior, Lead).

About the role:
You’ll get the opportunity to help lead and deliver a variety of cloud-native, containerized, and serverless projects. Whether that’s part of a large enterprise migration project, re-architecting workloads, or helping digital-native businesses launch their innovative products to market quickly and reliably using serverless technologies.

About you: You will be curious, open-minded, dependable, customer-focused and an ethical problem-solver, equipped with deep technical expertise in software engineering and iterative software delivery.

You will have experience operating in mature agile environments and have deep technical consulting experience. Your unique DNA will highlight something approximating obsessive attention to continuously improving delivery frameworks, automating tasks, and improving the way in which the work of your current and future customers is delivered.

Experience:

• Development experience
• Experience working with with AWS
• Experience working with containerised solutions and/or serverless frameworks

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud-native application architectures and design patterns
• Skilled in one or more development languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Java, React, Python, Angular, Typescript, etc.
• Exposure to a broad range of AWS managed and serverless platform services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, DynamoDB, Step Functions, S3, CloudFront, Terraform, infra-as-code
• Skilled in one or more serverless frameworks such as Serverless Framework, AWS Amplify, or AWS SAM
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, EKS, or ECS
• Skilled in, or exposure to, several developer toolchains such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Buildkite, GitLab, AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeCommit
• Any experience with serverless data services such as S3, AWS Glue, Athena would be extremely advantageous
