Our client is a boutique development group who are privately held and have an enviable pipeline of high-end, luxury apartment and townhouse developments in Melbourne. This group continue to grow their pipeline with a number of high profile acquisitions and are now looking to recruit Development Manager.
The Role
This role will see you work closely with a Senior Development Manager and Development Director across the full development lifecycle of high-end luxury residential developments up to $100m+. These developments are very design focused and targeted to the high-end market. Taking ownership for leading and driving the day to day management of the development your role will cover management of consultants/design, planning, sales + marketing, tender and construction delivery through to settlement.
About You
This role will suit candidates with proven experience working for a developer or development advisory business, ideally on medium to high density apartment developments. It is anticipated you will have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience with an all-round skillset which covers the full development lifecycle post acquisition. With all roles in Development, excellent written and verbal communication skills are a non-negotiable.
