Our client is a privately held Development Group who have a strong presence in the Victorian market. They are currently in the market for a Development Manager to join their team working across the delivery of a Land subdivision project in the South East Initially.   

Reporting to a Development Director, this role will see you exposed to all facets of the development lifecycle from front-end feasibility, design development, sales / marketing and construction delivery through to settlement. The initial development you will work on is currently in the planning phase. 

Our client is looking for candidates with demonstrable experience in the land subdivision sector with at least 12 months experience as a Development Manager.

Successful candidates will have tertiary qualifications in Property,  Architecture, Construction or Engineering and at least two years of experience in a project delivery role. Ideally you will have worked for a builder, developer or project management consultancy.

This is an excellent opportunity to transition into development and learn/ work alongside a highly regarded Development Director.
