The Role
The Digital Applications Manager will be responsible for the management of digital platforms and projects requiring integration across departments. You will provide a single point of coordination and executive oversight for all digital initiatives and transformation projects at the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage shared services of entities and ensure maximum support is achieved at agreed cost distribution.
- Support vendor relationships with Sitecore & Salesforce.
- Take accountability for development and performance of key digital competencies DXP, CRM & APIs.
- Manage 3 direct reports
- Accountable for the collection of business requirements fully documented in epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee Environment strategy, Code Branching strategy and Digital Deployment via CICD pipeline.
- Support Agile practices and ceremonies, including scrum methodologies.
- Identify and evaluate internal digital asset capabilities and strengths.
- Provide clarity on objectives, scope and organisational change management.
- Maintain and control budgets, schedule and resources.
- 7+ yrs of relevant ICT and business work experience.
- Strong experience managing, leading and coaching a team of IT professionals.
- Proven experience building and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver ICT projects on time and within budge.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce is essential
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
