The Role
The Digital Applications Manager will be responsible for the management of digital platforms and projects requiring integration across departments. You will provide a single point of coordination and executive oversight for all digital initiatives and transformation projects at the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage shared services of entities and ensure maximum support is achieved at agreed cost distribution.
• Support vendor relationships with Sitecore & Salesforce.
• Take accountability for development and performance of key digital competencies DXP, CRM & APIs.
• Manage 3 direct reports
• Accountable for the collection of business requirements fully documented in epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee Environment strategy, Code Branching strategy and Digital Deployment via CICD pipeline.
• Support Agile practices and ceremonies, including scrum methodologies.
• Identify and evaluate internal digital asset capabilities and strengths.
• Provide clarity on objectives, scope and organisational change management.
• Maintain and control budgets, schedule and resources.

Experience

• 7+ yrs of relevant ICT and business work experience.
• Strong experience managing, leading and coaching a team of IT professionals.
• Proven experience building and maintaining vendor relationships. 
• Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver ICT projects on time and within budge. 
• Proven experience working with Salesforce is essential
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
