About the Role

Our client is an ASX 200 business who provide essential services to their customers across the APAC region. While this is an ASX Listed business, it is also a very purpose-led and meaningful industry that provides essential services to customers.

Reporting to the GM of Customer Experience, the Digital Performance Manager plays a crucial role in delivering continuous optimisation of our clients digital assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and delivering improvements to our clients digital assets that drive conversion and enhance the customer experience. You’ll be demonstrating your analytical skills and customer-centric mindset to build out and implement our digital optimisation roadmap.


Duties 

  • Use analytics tools to create and deliver a suite of standard performance monitoring reports/ dashboards on digital channels and funnels to support business decisions. Including but not limited to our public websites as well as our customer service portals.
  • Track performance against key digital KPI’s
  • Transform analytical insights into improvements to optimise the performance and impact of digital channels
  • Work closely with projects teams to ensure analytics requirements are captured as part of the project so the performance of all new capability and features is able to be measured and benefits can be clearly tracked.
  • Conduct SEO site audits and undertake comprehensive keyword research to identify and recommend areas of improvement focus to drive business outcomes
  • Work with marketing stakeholders and content team to implement changes and subsequently measure impacts
  • Drive SEO in content creation and programming by collaborating with editorial and marketing team
  • Onsite optimisation – keyword optimisation of site-wide meta tags, title tags, header tags, descriptions, internal linking, HTML implementation
  • Through data and your understanding of the end-to-end customer journey, make recommendations regarding website design, content, capability and user experience to personalise the customer experience and maximise conversions across key customer journeys.
  • Develop an intimate understanding of how and where traffic lands on site, how customers navigate the site and content, funnel pathways and drop off rates to identify opportunities to improve experience and
    conversion.

Skills and Experience
  • Relevant degree across Marketing, IT, Business, Communications
  • Analytical skills – High proficiency in ability to obtain data via analytics tools and an ability to derive key insights from the data
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience working with digital personalisation, optimisation and analytics platforms such as Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent understanding of how to create compelling digital experiences
  • Understanding and experience with SEO
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data and analytics
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem solving skills and with a curious mindset.
  • Stakeholder management skills – Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders in decision making.
