About the Role:

Work across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliate channels, with a focus on subscription growth and acquisition outcomes.

As the organisation’s senior authority on performance marketing, you will drive commercial value, experimentation-led growth, publisher partnerships, and measurement-driven optimization.

You will define campaign governance, evolve multi-channel marketing capabilities, and connect digital investment with broader marketing, analytics, and subscription growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance & Social Leadership: Define and oversee search, social, and affiliate strategies that deliver measurable acquisition and subscription growth.
  • Establish principles balancing experimentation, performance efficiency, brand outcomes, and audience growth.
  • Oversee and lead social creative best practice, and have a strong social content understanding
  • Creator & Influencer Marketing: Lead identification, activation, and measurement of creators and influencers across entertainment and sports, scaling partnerships to deliver both engagement and conversion.
  • Test & Learn / Marketing Science: Drive robust test & learn programs, including A/B and multi-cell testing. 
  • Publisher & Affiliate Partnership: Own and manage publisher relationships, including securing first-to-market opportunities, bonus deals, ad credits, and other partnership benefits.
  • Collaboration & Campaign Execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, planning, analytics) and external agencies to ensure campaigns are insight-driven and results-focused.
  • Measurement & Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights for optimization, particularly at a senior level.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Act as the senior performance marketing authority within the organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with publishers, affiliates, and technology partners.

Key Skills Required:

  • 6–7 years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
  • Proven track record of running hands -on experimentation-led campaigns and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies. Be willing to execute and implement within ad platforms when necessary
  • Strong experience in managing publisher relationships, securing first-to-market opportunities, bonus deals, and ad credits.
