About the Opportunity:
As the senior executive leader, you will oversee both clinical and operational functions, ensuring the hospital delivers safe, high‑quality care while meeting organisational, financial, and strategic goals. Working closely with the executive team, medical leaders, and board representatives, you will drive continuous improvement, strong governance, and exceptional patient outcomes.

This role is suited to an experienced senior leader looking to step into a CEO‑level remit or an established hospital executive ready to lead a complex private healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across all clinical, operational, and corporate functions of the hospital, ensuring alignment with organisational vision and national standards.
• Oversee workforce strategy, quality governance, patient safety systems, and service delivery models to support excellent clinical outcomes.
• Build strong professional relationships with medical specialists, VMOs, external partners, and internal teams to drive collaboration and hospital growth.
• Ensure the hospital meets all regulatory, accreditation, and risk management requirements while maintaining a culture of transparency and accountability.
• Lead business planning, financial performance, and operational efficiency across departments, ensuring sustainable service delivery.
• Inspire and develop high‑performing teams, embedding a culture of leadership, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive executive leadership experience within hospitals, healthcare services, or acute clinical environments.
• Strong background in nursing leadership (ideal for Director of Nursing) or senior operational/CEO roles in private health.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex services, and shape organisational culture.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, service performance, and strategic priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust across medical, corporate, and community groups.
