The Positions
Reporting to the Executive Manager, Drafter and Secretariat roles will support the key negotiators in this process (Assistant Commissioner and Project Manager).
Secretariat duties will include a variety of organisational responsibilities such as co-ordination and scheduling of CA meetings; accurate minute taking of meetings along with other scheduling and communications.
Drafter duties includes the drafting of key Certified Agreement clauses and requires excellent attention to detail, research skills and strong written communication.
Preferred requirements
- Knowledge and/or experience in drafting and/or secretariat responsibilities within a broader HR generalist role
- Qualification in Law and/or IR(Optional) - Graduate
- A genuine interest in the EBA process with strong organisational and written communication skills
