Reporting to the eCommerce manager, the eCommerce Content Coordinator will own the day to day management of the online stores, social media channels and brand content.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Shopify store: product uploads, collections, merchandising, on-site content, and optimise conversion
- Take ownership of Shopify performance and site metrics, identifying customer pain points, emerging e-commerce trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics including bounce rate, session duration, pages per session, conversion rate, and average order value.
- Produce monthly performance reporting across website metrics, EDM performance, traffic, top sellers, and underperforming listings
- Develop and manage social, EDM, and campaign content aligned with brand guidelines, including content calendars, scheduling, customer flows, and community management
- Coordinate product and lifestyle campaigns from concept through to execution, including photoshoots, creative direction, shot lists, asset management, and rollout across website, EDM, paid and organic channels
- Utilise AI to generate product, campaign, and social copy
- Support seasonal launches and trade events (EDMs, lookbooks, landing pages)
- 2+ years' experience in a similar in e-commerce or digital content role
- Ideal industry experience across Retail, Homewares, Lifestyle
- Hands-on experience with CMS tolls (ideally Shopify) and within an Email Marketing platform
- Comfortable in Canva/Adobe and basic photo editing
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Bonus: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest
