As an eCommerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our online presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing eCommerce strategies, optimizing our online sales channels, and ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Manage and optimize our online store, ensuring product listings, descriptions, and images are accurate and appealing.
- Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to enhance online visibility and traffic.
- Manage inventory levels, product launches, and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics and identify trends, making data-driven decisions to improve eCommerce performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our eCommerce platform remains competitive.
- 2+ years experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
