As an Employee Relations Advisor, you'll become the trusted ER expert for a diverse portfolio of clients, partnering with business owners and leaders to navigate everything from day-to-day workplace challenges through to complex matters.
No two days are the same. You'll manage a busy caseload, solve interesting workplace problems, and provide practical, commercially focused advice that genuinely makes a difference to your clients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical, commercially focused advice across a broad range of Employee Relations matters including performance management, disciplinary processes, terminations, redundancies, leave entitlements and workplace investigations.
- Partner with business owners and managers, coaching them through ER matters from start to finish.
- Draft compliant workplace documentation including letters, policies, performance plans and investigation outcomes.
- Identify workplace risks and translate complex legislation into clear, practical advice.
- Manage a busy caseload while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional client service.
- Contribute to webinars, client resources and workplace education initiatives.
You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
You'll also bring:
- Experience in a dedicated Employee Relations position, either in-house or within a consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and Modern Awards.
- Confidence managing Employee Relations matters from start to finish.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legislation into practical advice.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
