About the Position
Reporting to Chief Information Officer, the Enterprise Platform Manager owns and maintains the enterprise view of the individual platform roadmaps, delivering against the prioritisation requirements across Council. Leading a significant team of up to 90 people, this key leadership position ensures that platform teams are set up for success, including appropriate capacity to support the roadmap, and the availability of the necessary tools and capabilities necessary to succeed.

The position will be responsible for facilitating a move towards a platform based approach, in line with the Council’s Future Council Strategy and Brisbane Vision by 2021. It will have ownership and oversight of all aspects of the strategic delivery for the core enterprise technology platforms, including but not limited to setting strategic directions and establishing technical roadmaps, driving productivity and implementing new ways of working and quality control.

About the Person
You are a values-driven senior leader who brings a high standard of professional ethics and integrity. Your will bring experience from within a large, complex ICT function in a significant commercial organisation or similar public sector environment. You can demonstrate knowledge and experience working in and around enterprise platforms. Experience with ERP, spatial management, enterprise business, data management and customer engagement solutions is highly desirable. You will be adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments, and be passionate about driving a strong customer focus.
