This role is ideal for someone who combines strong commercial finance experience with a passion for transformation, change management and stakeholder engagement.
The Role
Reporting into the FP&A leadership team, you'll play a critical role in driving the implementation of the organisation's new planning solution. While technical implementation is supported by dedicated technology specialists, your focus will be acting as the FP&A expert ensuring the business successfully adopts the best ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the business rollout of a new EPM planning and forecasting platform.
- Partner with Finance Business Partners and operational stakeholders to improve planning and budgeting processes.
- Assess current Excel-based workflows and drive the transition to a streamlined, system-led planning and forecasting process.
- Drive change management initiatives and support business readiness.
- Gather business requirements and support process improvements.
- Act as the link between Finance, Technology and key business stakeholders.
- Support FP&A activities alongside project work
You'll be a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys improving processes and influencing change across an organisation.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience implementing or supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or planning solutions such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Workday Adaptive Planning or similar.
- A background in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Transformation.
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience delivering training and driving user adoption of new systems and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
