Due to a growing number of tendering opportunities, a position has become available for an estimator to join the team.


The Role & Responsibilities:

• Understand all components of the tender and get clarification where necessary
• Prepare project cost estimates for review and discussion
• Identify key risk items, opportunities and assumptions.
• Liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Communicate with Management and delivery team to work out final strategy on price.

Your Background:

• 4+ years in estimating role with commercial builder
• Ability to work under pressure and hit deadlines
• Communicate effectively with internal team, clients and subcontractors/suppliers
• Keen eye for detail
• Strong written communication and sound IT skills
