- Leading the preparation and submission of project submissions & tenders
- Completion of the handover process to Project team upon awarding of contracts
- Review subcontractor packages, scopes, procurement, and scheduling
- Liaising with suppliers and clients, maintain existing and building new relationships
- 3 + years working in an estimating role
- Extensive experience delivering residential projects and in particular medium density or custom townhouse/apartment projects
- Excellent negotiating, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading procurement
