A very successful Custom Home Builder with strong sales history located in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne have an immediate requirement for a experienced residential Production Estimator

Your new role
Working as part of a small and collaborative estimating team, and on a diverse range of projects from project housing, townhouse developments and high-end custom housing you will be responsible for all production estimating functions from producing quantity take-offs, raising purchase orders and liaising with stakeholders from suppliers to site staff. Some sales estimating functions required.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role as the successful candidate you will have a work history of production estimating, ideally with a Custom Homes Builder or a Volume Builder. Strong construction knowledge, proficiency in Databuild are essential and you will have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders from suppliers to internal staff.
