About the role:
Partnering with the Managing Director of a thriving Australian owned company, this is an Executive Assistant role that will suit someone who likes variety but also understands how to provide effective and efficient administrative support. Your remit will be to strategize, implement processes and procedures, champion projects and right-hand man for this young and entrepreneurial Executive. Your responsibilities:
  
In this exciting newly created role, your objective will not be to free up the Managing Director, it will be to make his execution more impactful. As such, you will be responsible for some of the following key tasks;
  • Extensive diary, email and travel management
  • Preparation of board reports, distributing meeting minutes and following up action items
  • Writing and formatting highly confidential documents on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Organisation of internal functions and corporate events
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders and communicating Business Strategy to the wider business
  • Assisting with the preparation of legal documents
  • Provide leadership and support to the Sales Team including email review, organise and prepare sponsorship agreements, administration of proprietary CRM software
  • Preparation and record keeping of monthly/quarterly sales commissions
  • Ad hoc project support
Skills and experience:
Having worked as an Executive Assistant for at least five (5) years you bring experience in:
  • Technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Overall great team player
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
