About the role 

In this diverse and rewarding role, you will be providing support to the CEO of a community health organisation. The successful candidate will be supporting an extremely busy and dynamic individual where you not only assist with their day-to-day activities but also provide a strategic partnership to ensure the business continues to strive. 

This role is a true partnership role and will have a range of projects that will be solely managed by the Executive Assistant. Within this role, the successful candidate will assist in the management and support of the Executive Assistant team. 

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant, who prides themselves on providing effective and efficient support.
 
Supporting the CEO you will be responsible for:
  • Prioritize and ensure that reports, business papers, and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly 
  • Diary management 
  • Board preparation and management 
  • Filing, preparation, collation, and distribution of supportive documentation, notes, and correspondence
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Scheduling board meetings
  • Check agenda and supportive documents and notes
  • Mange committee and board papers 
  • Identify and take any follow-up action arising from the notes that are required
  • Assists with letters and presentations
  • Carry out administrative projects as allocated 
Skills and Experience
  • Experience working in a similar Executive Assistant position 
  • Experience in executive-level email and appointment scheduling
  • Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build exceptional rapport with clients
  • Overall great team player
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
  • Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
