Key Responsibilities
- Extensive and complex calendar management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Preparing presentations and board packs
- Managing priorities, meeting coordination, and executive communications
- Supporting office operations
- Leveraging AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and workflow
- Previous experience supporting a CEO in a large corporate or fast-paced business environment is highly regarded
