The Opportunity:
- Manage a complex diary, inbox and competing priorities across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, correspondence and executive documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, board papers and stakeholder communications.
- Provide proactive executive support, anticipating needs and managing priorities to keep the executive one step ahead.
- Proven Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience supporting senior executives ideally within a professional services environment.
- Exceptional diary management, organisation skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and advanced Microsoft Office capability.
- A proactive, discreet and solutions-focused approach with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- $120,000–$140,000 package, commensurate with experience.
