Supporting two members of the Executive Leadership Team, you will become a trusted business partner, providing high-level executive support while ensuring the seamless coordination of day-to-day operations. This is a role that offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders on key business initiatives, contributing to the success of a dynamic and growing property development business.
About the Role
Supporting two Executive Leadership Team members, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive executive support, including complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, presentations and executive documentation
- Managing travel arrangements, expenses and executive logistics
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing reports, presentations and confidential correspondence
- Monitoring key actions, projects and deadlines on behalf of the executives
- Building strong relationships across the business to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Supporting leadership meetings, business initiatives and company events
- Working closely with the wider administration team to ensure a seamless support function
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance executive efficiency
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys partnering with senior leaders and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised and solutions-focused, you take pride in staying one step ahead and delivering exceptional support.
You will bring:
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or Executive Leadership Team members
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the confidence to work autonomously
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligence
