Working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you will be a trusted business partner, ensuring priorities are managed seamlessly while acting as the key point of coordination between executives, the Board and overseas shareholders.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive diary, inbox and travel management for the CEO
- Coordinating Executive Committee and Board meetings, including agendas, board papers, minutes and action registers
- Preparing presentations, reports and executive documentation
- Acting as a key liaison between the CEO, Executive team, Board members and international shareholders
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, site visits and executive itineraries
- Managing executive expenses, purchase orders and supplier coordination
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne office, including facilities, office suppliers and new employee onboarding
- Coordinating leadership meetings, company events, executive offsites and internal communications
- Assisting with stakeholder communications, newsletters and company presentations.
- Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO or senior executive within a fast-paced corporate environment
- Previous experience coordinating Board and Executive Leadership meetings
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Professional discretion and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation
