$130,000-$150,000 package + bonus
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries and schedules
- Coordinating meetings, stakeholder engagement and travel
- Preparing presentations, reports and project documentation
- Assisting with leadership communications and board-related administration
- Supporting internal events, team coordination and office operations
- Liaising with external consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
- Providing proactive support across a range of business priorities
