A highly regarded property and construction business is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their collaborative and high-performing team based in Melbourne’s inner suburbs. With an exciting pipeline of projects and a strong reputation within the industry, this organisation offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
   
 
Supporting key executives across the business, this role will see you become a trusted right hand, ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day operations while keeping priorities moving in a dynamic project-driven environment.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries and schedules
  • Coordinating meetings, stakeholder engagement and travel
  • Preparing presentations, reports and project documentation
  • Assisting with leadership communications and board-related administration
  • Supporting internal events, team coordination and office operations
  • Liaising with external consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
  • Providing proactive support across a range of business priorities
This position will suit a polished and adaptable Executive Assistant who enjoys working within the property or construction sector and thrives in a busy, relationship-focused environment. To be considered, you will bring:
  • Previous Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Office Management experience
  • Exposure to property, construction, architecture, engineering or related industries
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
