Executive Assistant | 6-Month Fixed Term Contract Support the Chief People Officer | Global ASX Listed FMCG Organisation 

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly capable Executive Assistant to join a globally recognised ASX-listed FMCG organisation in a 6-month fixed term contract supporting the Chief People Officer.

Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative and high-performing environment, this role will see you partnering closely with a dynamic and influential executive while acting as a key support across the wider People & Culture function. The Role As the trusted right hand to the CPO, you will provide high-level executive support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of a busy and ever-changing schedule. You will be proactive in your approach, highly organised and confident managing competing priorities within a global business environment.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Preparation of presentations, reports and board documentation
  • Managing meetings, agendas and action items
  • Stakeholder liaison across senior leadership teams globally
  • Supporting People & Culture initiatives, events and projects
  • Expense management and general administrative support
  • Acting as a true business partner to the CPO and wider team
About You

You are an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced corporate environments and enjoys being one step ahead. You are professional, adaptable and possess exceptional communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships across all levels of a business.
  • Previous experience supporting C-Suite or senior executives
  • Experience within a large corporate, ASX-listed or global environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • A collaborative and approachable nature
