An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a highly respected Managing Director within a well-established global organisation. This is a broad and rewarding role offering true executive support, exposure to senior leadership, and involvement in major business initiatives and events. 
 
Working within a collaborative, down-to-earth culture, you will become a trusted right hand to the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth running of their day while supporting the wider leadership team as required.
 
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support across a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
  • End-to-end diary and calendar management
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Managing executive expenses and company credit card reconciliations
  • Preparing presentations, reports and business documentation
  • Drafting internal communications on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Coordinating executive meetings, boardroom preparation and catering
  • Supporting quarterly town hall meetings and corporate events
  • Assisting with large-scale industry events and exhibitions
  • Collating monthly leadership and reporting packs
  • Managing office administration, purchasing and supplier coordination
  • Minute taking and meeting follow-up actions as required

To be successful in this role, you will bring: 
  • Previous experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director or senior executive
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong diary, travel and stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Confidence working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
  • The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Full Australian working rights 
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, infrastructure, transport or a similar environment will be highly regarded, though not essential.
