An opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief People Officer (CPO) within a large, customer-focused organisation.

This role is ideally suited to a professional EA who enjoys building strong working relationships, managing competing priorities and providing high-quality support to senior leaders. Working across Finance, Technology and People & Culture, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of these executive portfolios.

About the Role

As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the CFO, CIO and CPO, helping them manage priorities, schedules, communications and key business activities.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing complex calendars, appointments and meeting schedules
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and executive commitments
  • Preparing agendas, presentations, reports and business correspondence
  • Organising meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions
  • Managing executive communications and stakeholder enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and confidential documentation
  • Supporting governance and committee administration activities
  • Assisting with departmental planning, events and team coordination
  • Processing invoices, expenses and other administrative requirements
  • Monitoring key deadlines and following up on outstanding actions
  • Providing support for projects and business initiatives as required
  • About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a complex environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • The ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Experience supporting executives across Finance, Technology, Human Resources or similar corporate functions will be highly regarded.
