Position Summary

A unique and highly confidential opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive & Personal Assistant to provide seamless support to a prominent High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI). This position is central to ensuring the effective management of both business and personal affairs and requires a polished, proactive, and highly organised professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Acting as a trusted advisor and right hand to the principal, the successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgement, emotional intelligence, and discretion. The role encompasses high-level executive support, personal and household coordination, and a broad range of administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support
  • End-to-end management of the principal’s diary, inbox, and schedule, ensuring priorities are met and time is optimised.
  • Proactive coordination of complex domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, transfers, and accommodation.
  • Preparation of high-quality reports, correspondence, briefing documents, and presentations.
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the principal, acting as an ambassador with professionalism and warmth.
  • Attendance at meetings as required, including minute-taking and ensuring timely follow-up of actions.
  • Conducting research and supporting strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Management of confidential documentation and information with absolute discretion.
  • Adaptable support in response to evolving priorities and time-sensitive demands.
Personal & Household Support
  • Oversight and coordination of personal calendar, appointments, events, and family-related logistics.
  • Liaison with family members and household staff to ensure alignment across professional and personal commitments.
  • Support in planning private travel and hospitality arrangements, including event coordination.
  • Assistance with general household administration, service providers, and lifestyle management.
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant role supporting a HNWI, CEO, or C-suite executive.
  • Experience in luxury, private family office, professional services, or similarly high-standard environments.
  • High level of proficiency across Microsoft Office and modern digital tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to write and edit at an executive standard.
  • Financial administration skills, including reconciliation of expenses and invoice tracking (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and anticipate needs.
