We are currently seeking an Executive Support Administrator to join our Perth office on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover).

This is a critical role where you will act as the backbone of a busy consulting team, enabling Partners, Directors and Consultants to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.

The Opportunity
This is a fast-paced, varied position that will see you working closely with senior stakeholders and acting as the go-to person for all administrative support within your team.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing complex diaries, scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings
  • Preparing high-quality documents, reports, presentations and client-facing materials
  • Coordinating travel, expenses and general administrative processes
  • Supporting candidate and client engagement activities (including events, gifts and onboarding checks)
  • Maintaining databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Acting as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and reception support
  • Supporting internal team events, functions and office operations
  • Partnering with the broader national admin team to drive consistency and best practice

You will bring:
  • Previous experience in an administrative, team coordination or executive support role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Experience within a professional services or recruitment environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
