An excellent opportunity for an immediately available Finance Analyst to join a collaborative FP&A team and make an immediate impact right from day one. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and commercial insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, analysis and commentary
- Support month-end close activities and ensure the timely delivery of financial reporting.
- Maintain financial and operational data across reporting systems, including Board reporting and planning platforms.
- Assist with annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and financial modelling by partnering with key stakeholders.
- Prepare statutory reporting submissions while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
- Support forecasting, cash flow reporting and incentive calculations.
- Develop meaningful reporting packs and presentations for senior leadership.
- Partner with the FP&A team on ad hoc reporting, commercial analysis and business improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will bring
- Prior experience in a Financial Analyst, Commercial Analyst or similar finance role.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business.
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- Experience with large ERP systems, ideally NetSuite.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting and visualisation tools will be highly regarded.
