An exciting opportunity is available for a highly analytical and driven Finance Analyst to join a fast-growing FMCG company known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. You will partner with the senior executives and the business to understand sales drivers, profit improvement, cost optimisation and business growth.
The Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the main duties will include:
- Deliver insightful analysis and drive regular business performance reviews
- Review and analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies, plan and implement improvements
- Work with stakeholders to ensure reporting and commentary is effective and insightful for decision making.
- Provide support on budget and forecasting process
- Working with key stakeholders to ascertain cost control measures
- Identify key drivers of profit and opportunities for business improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to ensure a standard, lean and efficient operating model
- Lead and support with month end process' and prepare financial statements
- Manage cashflow and maintain fixed asset registers
- CA or CPA qualified (or studying towards)
- Experience in a Finance Analyst and/or management accounting role - supporting wider business and snr stakeholders
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or retail environments (ideal)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
