We are partnering with a globally recognised consumer products organisation with a strong retail footprint across Australia and New Zealand. With ambitious growth plans and a focus on innovation, they are looking to appoint a high-calibre Finance Business Partner to support their Sales and Marketing functions.
This is a true business partnering role, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence commercial decision-making in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Marketing, providing insights that drive performance and profitability. Your ability to translate data into meaningful commercial outcomes will be critical.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to provide proactive, forward-looking financial insights
  • Delivering profitability analysis across product, channel and customer segments
  • Building and maintaining financial models to support new product launches, promotions and pricing decisions
  • Leading forecasting and contributing to budgeting processes
  • Identifying risks and opportunities through scenario and sensitivity analysis
  • Supporting month-end activities and ensuring accuracy of financial results
  • Driving continuous improvement across reporting, systems and processes
About You
You are commercially minded, analytically strong and confident engaging with non-finance stakeholders. You thrive in environments where you can challenge thinking and add real value.
You will bring:
  • CA/CPA qualification
  • 5+ years’ experience in a commercial finance, management accounting or analytical role
  • Background in retail, FMCG or distribution environments
  • Strong financial modelling and data analysis capability
  • Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to tools such as Power BI, SAP or Cognos highly regarded
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across the business
