We are recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join a reputable business based in the western Brisbane suburbs. This role is seeking an immediate start for an initial temporary assignment (1-3 months) with view to permanency.
You'll be responsible for providing financial insights to support decision-making, providing value-adding analysis, commentary and insight, and recommending solutions to support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
- Develop and present financial reports and business cases to key stakeholders
- Partner with site and business leaders to provide financial guidance and commercial insights
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes
- Drive cost improvement initiatives and support project evaluations
- High Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI highly desirable
- FMCG or manufacturing highly regarded
- CA/CPA/CIMA or relevant qualification (or working towards)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Recent experience in a similar finance business partnering position
- Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with stakeholders
