Working within a high-performing commercial finance team, you will partner with senior stakeholders across a diverse and complex portfolio, providing the financial insights and commercial guidance required to drive performance, influence decision-making and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior operational and commercial stakeholders to drive sales, profitability and business performance
- Deliver meaningful commercial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and cost optimisation across the portfolio
- Support business planning, forecasting and performance reporting activities
- Lead financial analysis for key projects, initiatives and investment decisions
- Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, simplification and continuous improvement
- Support the integration of offshore commercial finance resources and contribute to the transition of the future operating model
To be successful, you will possess:
- CA/CPA qualification
- Significant experience in commercial finance, business partnering or FP&A environments
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capability
- Experience working within large, complex organisations
- Retail, FMCG or consumer-facing industry experience will be highly regarded
- Immediate start available
- Contract guaranteed through to 18 December 2026
