An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a well-known organisation on an initial 12-month fixed term contract based in North Sydney.
Working as part of a high-performing finance team, you will partner closely with operational and senior leadership stakeholders to provide commercial insights, support strategic decision-making and help drive business performance across the organisation.
This role will suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders and turning financial data into meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes across key business areas.
- Deliver financial analysis, reporting and commentary to support business performance.
- Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve profitability and performance.
- Support month-end reporting cycles and senior leadership reporting requirements.
- CA/CPA qualified or nearing completion.
- Previous experience within Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Commercial Finance roles.
- Strong analytical, modelling and Excel skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
- Available immediately or on short notice.
